Responsibilities :

• Play a key role in data-informed decision-making and help the team grow through insights, experiments, and research
• Design and analyze A / B tests — from defining metrics and calculating sample sizes to interpreting results and tracking long-term impact
• Explore product metrics and user behavior to uncover patterns and turn them into actionable growth opportunities
• Support marketing, content, product and development teams by conducting ad hoc analysis
• Investigate how users interact with the product to identify friction points and suggest improvements in user experience
