We are looking for a ERP Project Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale ERP and corporate system implementation projects. This is a key role in organizing and driving automation initiatives at a global level — from analyzing business needs to final launch and integration.
The ideal candidate knows how to connect different business functions, build communication in a global environment, and successfully deliver complex transformational projects.
System Implementation Projects
- Lead ERP and other corporate system implementation projects (Finance, People, Operations).
- Manage all stages : from requirements gathering to go-live and post-launch support.
- Ensure integration with existing processes and tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Finance, People, Operations, IT, and other teams.Build transparent communication and alignment across all stakeholders.Organize regular status updates, reports, and presentations for leadership.Process Optimization & Automation
Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement through automation.Design and implement solutions to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.Maintain quality standards and compliance throughout execution.Global Scope
Manage projects in a multicultural and distributed environment.Ensure compliance with local requirements across different countries.Negotiate and coordinate with external consultants and vendors.7+ years of experience in managing ERP and corporate system implementation projects.Proven track record in international markets and distributed teams.Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, or similar) and automation tools.Solid project management skills : planning, risk management, budgeting, and meeting deadlines.Experience working with external vendors and system integrators.Excellent communication and facilitation skills.Fluent English; an additional European language is a plus.Flexibility, proactivity, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.What We Offer
