Your Mission :

As International Financial Controlling Manager , you will play a key role in supporting and overseeing financial operations across the Group’s international subsidiaries, ensuring consistency, transparency, and alignment with global financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

International Financial Management : Coordinate financial operations across subsidiaries in various countries, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment with corporate financial goals.

Financial Reporting & Analysis : Deliver accurate and timely financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making at an international level.

Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations; monitor regulatory changes that may impact the business.

Risk Management : Identify and assess financial risks internationally, implementing appropriate measures to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities.

Budgeting & Planning : Contribute to the preparation of international budgets and long-term financial plans, optimizing resource allocation.

International Collaboration : Serve as a liaison between subsidiaries and headquarters, fostering effective communication and alignment on financial processes and standards.

Treasury Management : Oversee treasury activities including cash management, investments, and financing across international operations.

Team Support & Development : Support and contribute to the development of multicultural finance teams, helping to ensure operational objectives are met and fostering professional growth.

What We Are Looking For :

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering with a Business specialization.

High level of proficiency in English and Spanish.

Advanced Excel skills.

Proven track record in financial controlling linked to the commercial or sales area.

Strong technical expertise in accounting , financial analysis , budgeting , forecasting , risk management, and financial software / tools.

Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to interact with managers across multiple departments and countries.

Experience in a multinational environment, working across multiple international affiliates.
