We are looking for

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Global Finance Controller (m / w / d) , based in our office in Barcelona, who wants to contribute to the growth and success of our Company. You will report to the Chief Financial Officer.

Your role in BizAway

Financial controlling : Ensure a smooth monthly and annual closing, consolidated and country level scenario, in accordance with financial standards (i.e. : local GAAP and IFRS)

Risk management : Identify and mitigate financial and fiscal risk across different countries and business units

Financial reporting and analysis : Oversee the preparation and analysis of Financial Statements, supporting CFO in Board Pack deliverables, Ad-hoc analysis

Budget, forecast and analysis : Assist FP&A, business controlling, and treasury areas with information needed to perform Budget and Forecasting processes, including ad-hoc analysis required by management

Team organization : Manage and develop a team in different countries

Process improvement : Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy

You have

8-10+ years of total work experience, including consulting, auditing, and accounting in a multinational company, with 3+ years’ experience in a large, growing, technology-driven industry with an international footprint

Advanced working knowledge in manipulating and presenting quantitative data

English proficiency

Proven experience with ERP rollouts across countries (NetSuite will be a plus)

Strong analytical skills, goal-oriented, and teamwork

Hands-on and autonomous, managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Advanced accounting and finance knowledge

Ability to influence stakeholders to help achieve your goals
