Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead brand promotion across Spain for one of our clients. You will contribute to social media strategy and execution in daily activities, from content production and editorial planning to influencer and community management, with the goal of boosting social media KPIs. You will also ensure brand consistency across platforms to achieve our broader marketing objectives. This role reports to the Content Marketing Director and is key to shaping and managing our brand narrative.
Responsibilities
- Implement the social media strategy across multiple platforms (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn), with a focus on growing audience, driving engagement, and producing repeatable editorial formats.
- Showcase our experiences and partners to create compelling brand stories and highlight our position as a destination for local experiences.
- Collaborate with external partners (agencies, freelancers) and internal teams (social media peers, consumer insights, product, and creative) to deliver innovative, high-quality content.
- Contribute to editorial committees and planning sessions.
- Maintain and strengthen the brand voice and image through a consistent online and offline strategy.
- Use analytics and internal data to inform strategy, measure success, and identify opportunities.
- Stay on top of cultural and digital trends to foster relevant and timely brand conversations.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in social media management, with a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.Proven track record of creating engaging, shareable content.Excellent copywriting and content creation skills; proficiency in photo and video editing tools is a plus.Deep knowledge of social and media platforms, with the ability to craft engaging stories tailored to each.Strong brand sensibility and understanding of brand strategy.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.Creative, agile, and positive, with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Native-level Spanish and fluent English; French is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
