Product Manager

We are looking for Product Manager to contribute to the development and enhancement of our AI-driven skin analysis products. In this role, you will own the whole Product development process — from discovery to delivery.

What You'll Do :

• Develop and drive a clear product strategy aligned with business goals, market trends, and customer needs.
• Run product discovery and translate insights into hypotheses, PRDs, and experiments.
• Own the product backlog for your area : craft problem statements, write user stories and prioritize with data.
• Continuously deliver user-facing value through iterative releases : plan sprints, scope features, remove blockers, and partner tightly with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Skin Science department.
• Define the roadmap as “bets” with explicit hypotheses, timelines, and success metrics; keep it aligned with company OKRs.
• Experiment at speed : design A / B tests and pilots, use feature flags, analyze uplift, and socialize learnings across the company.
• Partner with customers & GTM : validate problems, support discovery with key accounts, refine pricing / packaging signals, and prep release notes & enablement.
• Work with our scientists / dermatology advisors to align features with skin-science rigor and on-brand experiences.
• Documentation & comms : write crisp PRDs, decision logs, and change communications; keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Work with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or others).
