Design Manager Role Overview

The Design Manager will oversee the successful design and execution of various hospitality and F&B projects across Europe, North Africa, and Turkey. This role will lead design initiatives that enhance the guest experience and align with our brand's vision across various F&B and hospitality venues.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating unique and engaging experiences for guests while maintaining high levels of quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement design strategies for F&B and hospitality spaces to ensure alignment with brand identity and guest expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated design solutions.
• Manage design projects from initial concept through to execution, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline compliance.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform and inspire innovative design strategies.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively throughout the design process.
• Ensure that all designs adhere to health, safety, and regulatory standards relevant to F&B and hospitality environments.
• Coordinate between different disciplines, including interior design consultants, MEP consultants, structural consultants, etc.
