Overview
Responsible for the management and development of the International Corporate Clients and International Leasing Companies all aspects for a group of European countries, reports to the Sales Director / Country Manager.
Responsibilities
- According to strategic plan of the company, team up with sales director / country manager to enhance awareness for the MG brand in targeted markets
- Manage distributors to achieve the fleet sales target
- Meet with strategic account customers to negotiate and close major deals
- Guide and coordinate with distributors to ensure compliance with SME fleet sales policies and regulations
- Acquisition of new global / pan European / international customers as well as maintaining and developing existing business relationships in the field and maintaining and improving cooperation with the main international leasing companies
- Develop and execute the fleet sales & leasing processes in accordance with best practice to expand the number of new and committed distributers
- Establishes European reporting for fleet and leasing sales
- Set and achieve new distributor fleet sales targets

Has a relevant network in European fleet sales marketHas a relevant network in European market to the purchasing depts of leasing companies on a decision making levelExperience in the automotive sector with excellent knowledge of the sector and its competitive environmentExperience with customers (B2B) on international level and fleet sales experienceExcellent analytical and reporting skills, affinity with numbersStrong negotiation and communication skillStrong focus on building fast - be creative with restricted budgets and high performanceHigh level of flexibility in time, location and multiple solutions.
