As a seasoned technology delivery manager, you'll be responsible for driving the successful rollout of our flagship platform, GPM Horizon. This cutting-edge tool enables real-time data visualization, performance analytics, and operational control across diverse energy assets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage delivery across multiple initiatives, including Solar, Wind, Battery Energy Storage (BES), Delphi, Resource Panorama, WindFarmer, and new Horizon clusters.
• Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and resources to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Serve as the key link between clients, stakeholders, product teams, and engineering, ensuring business needs are clearly understood and translated into actionable plans.
• Facilitate effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams (engineering, product, design, business) to drive successful project outcomes.
• Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and continuously improve delivery processes for scalability and efficiency.
• Provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment at all levels.
