What Would You Do Working With Us? As a
Field Sales Executive , your main focus will be understanding customers' needs and motivations for transitioning to solar energy. You will visit customers with scheduled appointments and actively seek new customers through door-to-door activities. The role offers flexible working hours, covering Monday to Sunday, with shifts from 9am to 6pm or 1pm to 10pm.
Responsibilities
Identify, prioritize, and execute customer acquisition plans, including proactive door-to-door outreach.
Review customer information during inbound registration to prepare for interactions.
Build rapport with customers, adapting communication styles to their preferences while representing Sunhero professionally.
Understand customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
Collaborate with engineering to develop solar solutions based on customer requirements.
Present personalized solar designs, emphasizing the benefits of transitioning to solar energy.
Provide technical advice on installation processes.
Follow up and support customers throughout their decision-making process.
What We Need From You To Succeed

Ability to manage a customer portfolio effectively.
Growth mindset and resilience in facing challenges.
Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience.
Results-oriented, responsible, structured, and independent.
Valid driving license (type B) and willingness to travel.
Native Spanish speaker; fluency in English is a plus.
