Field Manager - Sales

Overview

Field Manager - Sales at Bacardi in Madrid, Spain. This role is focused on driving Bacardi’s presence and growth in the area by creating value through sales and developing strong relationships with key customers in your dedicated market. Your commercial knowledge, ability to develop strategic relationships and lead a sales team will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver key financial targets (NSV, Gross Margin, Overheads, Profitability, ROI, Value Share) versus budget.
• Capture market dynamics and react to growth opportunities in your market.
• Build Bacardi brand equity by leading and motivating a team of Business Managers and optimizing the local marketing mix in line with the brands’ global strategies.
• Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with Wholesalers, Distributors and C&C.
• Maintain an up-to-date view of in-market RSPs for all markets and all categories through regular in-market visits. Ensure best execution of Brand Plans with distributors and local trade.
• Ensure optimum distribution and visibility of our brands. Control and manage contracts for distribution agreements.
