At Qaracter , we are expanding our Talent Acquisition team and looking for a Recruiter with experience in sourcing and selecting IT profiles — and ideally, exposure to financial or banking roles.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and technology-related roles (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers).
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and market challenges.
• Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive search and market mapping.
• Conduct interviews in English and Spanish.
• Support recruitment for financial and banking profiles (nice to have).
• Represent Qaracter’s culture and values in every interaction.
• ️ What We’re Looking For
• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, ideally for IT roles (software, infra, data, cloud…).
• High level of English (B2–C1) — essential for interviews and daily communication.
• Experience recruiting in consulting, tech, or banking environments is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, proactivity, and a people-first mindset.
• Ability to manage several processes at once and deliver a great candidate experience.
