The Opportunity
Apex Group is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our established Talent Acquisition team, focusing on hiring across various European locations. We’re continuing to grow as a company, and you will play an important role in the management, oversight, and improvement of the end-to‑end recruitment process. This position is ideal for someone looking to move in‑house from an agency.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned business areas, including job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by understanding workforce needs, providing market insights, and supporting effective hiring decisions.
- Use direct sourcing methods (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, job boards) to attract and engage top talent for specialist and high‑volume roles.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS (e.g. Workday), ensure compliance with GDPR and local employment regulations, and support internal audit requirements.
- Support recruitment marketing and employer branding activities to position Apex Group as an employer of choice in Luxembourg and the wider EMEA region.
- Deliver a professional, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with regional and global Talent Acquisition colleagues, HR Business Partners, and Shared Services to ensure aligned and consistent practices.
- Identify and implement improvements in recruitment practices, tools, and reporting to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g. time‑to‑fill, pipeline status, offer acceptance rate) to support data‑driven decision making.
Skills Required
2+ years of experience in a recruitment agency or talent acquisition, ideally within financial services, professional services, or a corporate environment.Proven track record managing the full recruitment lifecycle : job briefing, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.Experience recruiting for mid‑to‑senior level roles across a range of functions (e.g. finance, operations, legal, technology, compliance).Prior exposure to high‑volume or multi‑country recruitment is an advantage, particularly within EMEA.Demonstrated success building strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and external partners (e.g. agencies, job boards).What You Will Get In Return
