• ? What do we look for?

We are seeking 2 Senior DevOps Engineers . The professionals will take technical ownership of critical systems and drive architectural direction across multiple teams. In our agile, DevOps-centric environment, you'll lead the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact services, shaping design, delivery, and operations, while mentoring engineering leads and influencing best practices at scale. Our client is a leader in the international banking sector.

Position details : Hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the client's office, Sol area, near the underground).

Responsibilities include :

• Designing, implementing, and optimizing CI / CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.
• Ensuring efficient build, test, and deployment workflows for multiple development teams.
• Designing, deploying, and managing cloud-native applications using Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and related technologies, primarily on Azure.
• Implementing best practices for ingress, networking, and TLS termination.
• Acting as feature owners, coordinating with stakeholders to fulfill the feature lifecycle, resolving bugs, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Conducting Proofs of Concept to explore new technologies and serve as technological pioneers within the bank.
• Promoting automation and the 'everything as code' philosophy to improve team productivity.
• Implementing observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace for system monitoring and uptime.
• Using deployment tools such as Octopus Deploy, Jenkins to manage releases.

Mandatory requirements :

• 5 years of experience building and scaling distributed systems in agile / DevOps environments.
• Strong knowledge of CI / CD, cloud environments, containerization (Docker / K8s), and APIs.
• Proven DevOps experience, with leadership qualities, excellent communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in .NET (C#) or Java.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python (preferred).
• Experience with observability & monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, ELK Stack, Splunk.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with deployment tools like Octopus Deploy, Terraform.
• Strong knowledge of Git for version control.
• Understanding of networking principles, ingress controllers, load balancers (nice to have).
