Responsibilities

• Provide user support for services, perform maintenance, and assist with troubleshooting any outages.
• Containerize services and manage development environments using Docker or other hypervisors
• Collaborate with our team of developers to ensure integration with CI / CD, GitLab, and optimize development workflows for continuous delivery and automation.
• Implement and maintain tools for quality assurance and architecture management, ensuring proper configuration and ongoing support.
• Document and optimize all processes, ensuring efficient workflows and continuous improvement.
