We accompany, define, and develop strategies for our clients, taking into account their business objectives, needs, and organizational structure. Our team has extensive experience in implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Personalization, and Experience Cloud, as well as other Salesforce clouds and add-ons. In this position you will work closely with the Marketing Cloud team, with the Marketing Cloud Personalization team and with the Data Cloud team.

What we’d like you to do

Across Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization you will be responsible for :

• Strategy & Planning : Developing and executing personalization strategies across various channels based on customer data and business goals.
• Journey Building & Optimization : Designing and optimizing personalized customer journeys within Marketing Cloud using tools like Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Data Segmentation & Targeting : Leveraging data extensions, audience builder, and data filters to create highly targeted segments for personalized messaging.
• Content Personalization : Implementing dynamic content, AMPscript, and other personalization features within emails, landing pages, and other digital assets.
• Testing & Analysis : Setting up A / B tests and analyzing results to continuously improve personalization efforts and measure their impact on key metrics.
• Integration & Collaboration : Working closely with other teams (e.g., sales, service, data analytics) to ensure data flows and consistent customer experiences.
• Platform Expertise : Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization features and best practices.
• Reporting & Insights : Creating reports and dashboards to track personalization performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.

What we’d like you to bring

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and at least 1 year of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization.
