We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across multiple divisions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and deployment of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Provide technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers and admins, ensuring best practices in code quality, CI / CD, and DevOps.
• Oversee integration with core systems, data platforms, and third-party services using APIs and middleware (e.g., Mulesoft).
• Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the Salesforce ecosystem.

About You

We are looking for a proven Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer with expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration. You should have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and performance tuning, as well as experience with Salesforce integrations (REST / SOAPIs, middleware platforms). Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps pipelines, and tools like Git, Copado, or Gearset is also required. Fluency in English is essential; Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
