We are a multi-functional team with expertise in fandom building, interactive storytelling, and positioning our franchises within the broader entertainment ecosystem.

We are seeking a Sr. Manager of FC User Acquisition / Performance Media to join the Live Service Marketing Organization. You will report to the Sr. Director of Franchise Performance Media and be responsible for growing FC on console and PC.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing, data-driven marketing team focused on user acquisition for FC on PC and console.
• Identify and implement performance media solutions to address critical business challenges and growth objectives.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product, Channel Marketing, Creative, and Studio teams on go-to-market strategies.
• Work with Analytics and Finance teams to refine ROAS models and optimize performance metrics.
• Set ROAS targets with FC studios and commercial teams to maximize game revenue and profitability.
• Develop multi-year paid user acquisition strategies considering privacy, AI, and lifecycle management.
• Align advertising partner roadmaps with business needs as a change agent.
• Enhance strategies to grow and maximize revenue for titles.
• Create clear, data-driven narratives for senior management.

Requirements

Compensation & Benefits

EA expects competitive pay based on location and experience. US ranges are approximately $150,100 - $228,000 in California and $141,300 - $192,000 in Washington. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, 401(k), and potential bonuses or equity.
