You will play a key role in diagnosing and resolving complex incidents, collaborating with global teams, and ensuring service quality across critical systems.

What You'll Do :

• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents in environments using .NET C# and SQL Server
• Develop temporary solutions through SQL queries, ensuring compliance with established SLAs
• Analyze performance issues in C# and SQL Server proactively
• Collaborate with the development team in Brazil, sharing production incident analysis
