We are seeking a dynamic Workday Architect & SDM to lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Workday HCM solutions. This hybrid role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on configuration, ideal for professionals who thrive in both technical and stakeholder‑facing environments.
Responsibilities
- Architect and configure Workday modules including Core HCM , Compensation , Absence , Talent , and Security .
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle : requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hyper‑care.
- Act as Service Delivery Manager, ensuring SLAs, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.
- Lead Workday tenant management, release planning, and change control.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and data integrity.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to Workday best practices.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Workday HCM with hands‑on configuration across multiple modules.Proven track record as a Workday Architect or Lead Consultant.Experience managing Workday support and enhancement cycles.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Familiarity with Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors is a plus.Workday certifications in HCM, Compensation, or Security.Experience in multi‑country deployments or unionised environments.Background in HRIS strategy, data governance, or middleware integration.Seniority level : Mid‑Senior level
