Environment, Health and Safety Manager
We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Professional to lead our QSHE strategy in Europe, ensuring compliance with regulations and high standards of quality.
This key role focuses on Health and Safety and aims to improve operational efficiency through proactive risk management and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HSE strategy aligned with European regulatory requirements.
- Manage emergency preparedness and training for personnel, including regular drills and scenario-based exercises.
- Promote a preventive safety culture by leading initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring the integration of health, safety, quality, and environmental processes.
- Define work procedures, technical instructions, and documentation necessary for effective HSE management.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement through data analysis.
- Support activities such as assessments, planning, training, PPE management, emergency response, and coordination of business activities.
- Lead inspections, checks, and audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Participate in the company's Safety Committees, providing expert guidance on HSE matters.
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives and prepare reports to meet organizational commitments.
Requirements :
Degree in Safety and Risk Prevention or a Master's in Occupational Health and Safety; CCST certification and ATEX Level 2 are required.5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial sector, with a proven track record in HSE excellence.Advanced knowledge of HSE standards (NEBOSH certification preferred) and experience with IMS (ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001).Languages :French C1 / C2 – MandatoryEnglish (C1) or Spanish (C1) proficiency.Willingness to travel within Europe as needed.What We Offer :
