We are looking for a DevOps Technical Leader based in our Madrid office, with at least 10 years of experience in IT Software Delivery with strong technical background.

Your role :

We are looking for a DevOps Technical Leader based in our Madrid office, a key team in our technology ecosystem.

This area is responsible for the Assets Optimization, Short-Term Liquidity Position and Capital Management.

Your main tasks will be :

• Responsible for DevSecOps - including Gluon migration.
• Lead the development team.
• Define together with the CTO architecture teams the technical requirements.
• Coordinate and validate the developments made by the team.
• Ensure the quality and security of code developed by developers (SONAR and FORTIFY rules).
• Identify the technical needs of the project, to establish requirements for new components, as well as collaborate in their design, development and testing.
