• Your role and responsibilities

Serving as a strategic business partner for the Local Division Manager of Process Automation Energy Industries in Spain. You will be a crucial member of management team.

You will help to set and execute the business strategy in line with wider divisional, regional and functional strategies.

In this role you will report to Central South Europe Hub Finance Manager and act as the financial business partner to the Division Manager in Spain. You spar on a regular basis with different stakeholders to improve business processes, grow the business and make the right strategic choices. Project Controlling and Risk management are vital parts of this strategic decision making.

In this role you will provide key support to the business, ensuring accurate tracking and processing of all transactions. You will translate business strategy into plans and establish measurable targets, evaluate the financial implications of various strategic decisions, identify risks and recommend actions.

You will be mainly accountable for :

productivity optimization and capital efficiency while closely monitoring cash flow and taking relevant actions to improve net working capital.
