The team leads transversal security and governance initiatives, ensuring consistent protection standards, operational efficiency, and adherence to global compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate transversal

Security & Compliance

initiatives within the CyberDefense department.

Support the operational governance of

End User Security

services, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.

Collaborate with Tech Leads and Security teams to define and monitor

Quality of Service (QoS)

and compliance objectives.

Develop and maintain project documentation, governance frameworks, and reporting dashboards.

Act as a point of contact for audits, regulatory reviews, and internal stakeholders.

Foster collaboration and effective communication across distributed teams.

Must-Have

3–5+ years of experience

in

CyberDefense

and

End User Security environments

Proven experience working with

End User Security products

(e.g. Endpoint Protection, DLP, EDR, Encryption, MDM).

Fluent

English

(written and spoken).
