is part of a global People & Change practice with more than 2,400 professionals specialized in the transformation of organizations from a people's perspective. We are seeking dynamic, highly motivated and skilled individuals with experience in delivering people programs, including client engagements to support large scale global transformational programs, in areas such as :

• Design HR transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of HR processes and target operating model, business strategies and leading practice point of view with innovative solutions.
• Lead client-facing workforce transformation projects to support our clients in the following areas : strategic workforce planning, talent and skill management, learning strategy, organization design and architecture, people analytics, AI adoption.
• Lead large-scale transformation projects from a people and change management perspective.
• Evaluate and manage client challenges so that our clients can maximize the return on their global investment in human capital through technology and digital solutions.
