The role of Junior Assistant Store Manager at our Madrid store is a key part in achieving exceptional customer service and sales targets. As the second-in-command, you will assist the Store Manager in supervising the sales team, implementing effective strategies to drive sales growth, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to set and achieve sales targets, supporting the sales team in meeting these goals
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, resolving issues promptly, and providing personalized shopping experiences
• Contribute to merchandise management, maintaining accurate stock levels, and identifying opportunities for visual merchandising and product placement
• Support the sales team in providing excellent customer service, answering queries, and offering product advice

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual with a strong passion for retail and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years' experience in retail management roles, demonstrating leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office and a high level of English language proficiency are essential.
