GROHE, a leading name in sanitary fittings, is seeking a commercially minded and strategically driven Leader, Finance Iberia to support our growth ambitions in the Iberian market. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, shaping business strategy, and acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of the Iberia management team, you’ll support country-level decision-making while driving operational and commercial performance. Reporting to the Regional Finance Leader for Western Europe, you will :

• Oversee and guide a team of three (Business Controller, Accountant, and IT)
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes
• Provide actionable insights to drive business performance
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, Sales, and Operations
• Lead the internal and external Audit process, including statutory accounts
• Manage and develop the local Finance Team
