Job Description
At Ignium, we specialize in data management and optimization, transforming large volumes of commercial data into real results for our clients.
We are looking for an analytical, organized, and business-minded professional, capable of orchestrating complex data processes, supervising technological integrations, and optimizing business profitability.
This role will also play a key part in the development of AI agents and automation workflows to boost efficiency and scalability.
YOUR MISSION
Manage and organize large volumes of leads.
Ensure correct assignment and automatic distribution using proprietary algorithms.
Design and optimize processes in MySQL and Python.
Build monitoring and analysis dashboards in Power BI.
Guarantee smooth integration of multiple sources and APIs.
Supervise and maintain automation flows (n8n).
Implement and optimize AI-driven processes and intelligent agents (AI).
Control key business indicators to ensure profitability.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
Strong command of MySQL, Python, and Power BI (technical test required).
Solid experience in data analysis and management, preferably in lead management environments.
Knowledge of APIs, automation, and AI-based solutions.
Advanced Excel skills and strong business mindset.
Structured, process-oriented profile with excellent analytical ability.
Experience in BPO / Call Center business.
Currently living in Madrid

CONSIDERED A PLUS
Previous experience working with lead generation projects based on PPC traffic.
3+ years of prior experience selling online solutions (Leads, CPA, affiliation, social, mobile, display, and / or video advertising).
