Energy Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Management Professional to join our team. As an Energy Specialist, your mission will be to provide transversal support across all areas of the department, with a particular focus on market and consumer analysis.

This role is designed to offer a comprehensive learning experience in a multinational environment, fostering both creative and analytical skills. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement energy management strategies and policies, monitor and analyse energy consumption data, conduct energy audits and assessments, and coordinate with various departments to implement energy-saving measures.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement energy management strategies and policies to reduce energy consumption and costs.

Analyse energy consumption data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for cost savings.

Conduct energy audits and assessments to evaluate energy performance and identify areas for improvement.

Coordinate with various departments to implement energy-saving measures and ensure compliance with energy regulations and standards.

Promote awareness and training on energy efficiency practices within the organization.

Manage energy procurement and negotiate contracts with suppliers.

Lead projects aimed at reducing energy consumption and enhancing sustainability.

Requirements

Academic background : Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. A Master\'s degree or certification in Energy Management is preferred.

Languages skills : High level of English (at least C1).

Experience and Knowledge : Specific Technical Knowledge - Energy management systems, energy auditing, sustainability practices, regulatory compliance, industrial technologies and processes, and project management methodologies; Specific Tools - Energy monitoring software, data analysis tools, project management software, and industrial automation systems.

Soft skills : Problem solving resolution, proactiveness, control oriented to ensure compliance.
