Descripción del trabajoPlan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, trade shows, roadshows, workshops, and training sessions with clear objectives and KPIs. Ensure smooth execution of events, including content development, logistics coordination, and post-event follow-up. Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of campaigns and events, providing actionable insights for improvement. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support data-driven decision making. Create and localize marketing materials (brochures, presentations, videos, case studies) to empower the sales team. Generate and qualify leads through digital and offline campaigns, ensuring timely handover to sales for conversion. Minimum 2 years of marketing experience; prior experience in the renewable energy or energy storage industry is a strong advantage. Proven track record in campaign management, event execution, or partner marketing that directly supported sales growth. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proficient in image and video editing software; prior experience in short video planning, scripting, or social media content creation is a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM systems such as Zoho or HubSpot). Professional fluency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken. Proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage for cross-regional collaboration.
