Major Incident, Change and Problem Manager - Senior - Good to have Monitoring and Alerting experience
This is an operational / immediate response role, very demanding and stressful at times. Resiliency to manage this stress is necessary, along with capacity to multi-task and process / absorb / retain information simultaneously via teams / outlook / phone.
One week of on-call is necessary every 3 or 4 weeks.
Going to the office in Barcelona City Center is necessary, not every day though
