Procurement Buyer – EMEA

Responsibilities :
- Develop, process, and authorize all purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor all Purchase Orders and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and procurement peers.
- Process new supplier creation requests and perform supplier validation in trade compliance tools.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new suppliers, manage items information, and update purchasing data in ERP.
- Supervise goods delivery and monitor for transport damage and return goods.
- Troubleshoot invoices and price issues along with delivery-related problems.
- Evaluate performance of carriers, suppliers, and goods delivery; recommend process improvements for international buying.
- Maintain effective communication with internal customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor service delivery progress and take necessary actions to ensure timely service availability.
- Evaluate bids, contracts, and supplier agreements; ensure accuracy and pricing on Purchase Orders.
- Manage inventory, including used, new, and overstocked items; monitor alternative sources for rejected, backordered, or high-value items.
- Negotiate with suppliers on price and delivery terms to reduce costs and supply shortfalls.
- Coordinate with suppliers to identify business needs and savings opportunities.
- Provide detailed cost analysis.
- Support regional ERP data migration and supplier master data validation as part of internal finance transformation.

Reports to : Procurement Team Lead – EMEAKey relationships include members of the Global Procurement unit, Finance, Legal & Commercial Operations, GPO P2P, and internal business stakeholders.Qualifications & Skills :
Experience in process standardization within large, global organizations.Experience working with diversified suppliers and transformational programs.Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay processes within ERP systems.Positive attitude, adaptability, and innovative thinking.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Resilience and confidence in handling objections.Experience with Oracle Fusion, Supplier Master Data, Trade Automation, Readsoft, or Concur is beneficial.Analytical, results-oriented, with a strong procurement and supply chain background.University Degree required.Languages : English (minimum B2 level) mandatory; additional EU languages are beneficial.#J-18808-Ljbffr
