Experience
- Experience in a client facing consulting environment (min of 4 years), ideally in a business or strategy consulting international company
- Worked for multiple businesses as consultant on a project basis, and hence has been exposed to different ways of working and cultural settings
- Proven experience in running complex analysis of large data sets / combination of multiple data sets, and driving the work through to actionable conclusions
- Exposure to process mapping and improvement in multiple settings (e.g. finance, operations, HR etc)
- Demonstrable track record of successfully project managing workstreams or initiatives, whilst engaging broad cross functional teams on the client side
- Practiced in structuring problems, analysis and workplans in logical manner

Able to turn complex issues into simple insightsAble to process large data sets, from different sources (financial, operational, hr etc), combine them and draw conclusionsAbility to lead multiple interviews to understand current way of operating, codify it and propose key improvements (with limited support)Capable of mapping processes (Finance, Operations, HR) including all critical elementsProficient in using excel, word and powerpoint. Ideally had exposure to Python, SQL or similarAbility to communicate clearly and succinctly across all levels (in writing and verbally)Strong command of the English language (able to work with English speaking counterparts comfortably)Seniority level
