Our client is looking to hire a senior business analyst, with very strong analytical ability (quantitative, qualitative), and significant exposure to mapping and definition of business processes. This person is likely to have a background in consulting, and to be ambitious, resilient and intellectually curious.

Experience

• Experience in a client facing consulting environment (min of 4 years), ideally in a business or strategy consulting international company
• Worked for multiple businesses as consultant on a project basis, and hence has been exposed to different ways of working and cultural settings
• Proven experience in running complex analysis of large data sets / combination of multiple data sets, and driving the work through to actionable conclusions
• Exposure to process mapping and improvement in multiple settings (e.g. finance, operations, HR etc)
• Demonstrable track record of successfully project managing workstreams or initiatives, whilst engaging broad cross functional teams on the client side
• Practiced in structuring problems, analysis and workplans in logical manner
