We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our team and work with one of our clients in the banking sector.Hybrid (3 days working in the office, 2 days from home).Working under the Technical Product Owner teams, the business Analyst leads and owns the development and performance of a specific functionality for a business using our Digital Platform product.The role work integrated into one or several development teams and be the responsible of the creation of user stories in line with business product owner peers, coordinates testing activities and approves release plans.Accordingly, is responsible of the compliance and adherence of optimum technical quality & performance standards within the IT products they manage.English is a must.~+3 years of relevant IT work experience.~ Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business~ Self-starter, works with minimal supervision and adapts well in a fast-paced Agile environment.~ Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps.~ Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.Numerous benefits (Health Care Plan, teleworking compensation, Life and Accident Insurances).`Retribución Flexible ́ Program : (Meals, Kinder Garden, Transport, online English lessons, Health Care Plan...)Free access to several training platformsReal Work Life Balance measures (flexibility, WFH or remote work policy, compacted hours during summertime...)
