Overview Job Title : Human Resources Operations Specialist
This role involves overseeing payroll calculations, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, administering leave and absence policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Main Responsibilities Payroll Management : Oversee payroll calculations, process payroll using ADP software, and collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
Onboarding & Offboarding : Manage new hire onboarding and leaver offboarding, including document preparation and final pay checks.
Leave & Absence Management : Administer vacation and leave policies, ensuring correct payroll calculations and lawful execution.
Employment Contract Administration : Maintain documentation and archive employment contracts for easy reference and compliance.
Social Security & Pension Management : Handle social security and pension contributions in accordance with local legal requirements.
Vendor Management : Manage relationships with service providers to ensure high-quality service and cost efficiency.
Benchmarking & Policy Development : Analyze market trends in compensation and benefits, support policy development, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
HRIS & Data Management : Maintain payroll and leave-related HRIS records, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
Compliance & Legal Review : Monitor changes in labor regulations, review internal policies, and drive necessary adjustments or improvement projects.
Reporting & Analysis : Provide reporting and analytical support to assist in decision-making.
Main Requirements A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in payroll administration, compensation & benefits, or HR operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
Hands-on experience with ADP payroll software is required.
Strong knowledge of European labor laws and social security regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS and data management tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English and Chinese is required; additional fluency in any of European languages is a plus.
