As a Data & Analytics Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement data analytics strategies that drive business outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain complex data models and architectures to support business intelligence and reporting requirements.
Design and implement data visualization dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of data analytics tools and platforms.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of team members and stakeholders.
Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent vocational training).
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Data & Analytics Manager, Project Manager, Solution Architect).
Strong foundation in platform development, organization, time management, conflict resolution, prioritization, methodologies, and English proficiency.
Proficiency in software tools related to core technologies of implemented applications.
