We are looking for a highly motivated

Lead Digital Strategist

to build‑up and drive our Enterprise AI Studio vertical within the Plain Concepts’ Impact Studios. Your role combines business strategy & operations knowledge with technological depth, and entrepreneurial ownership to design and execute transformative AI solutions for our clients. In a best case scenario you understand yourself as a hybrid combining strong business skills—including commercial drive, process mindset, and strong communication skills—with a robust understanding of Enterprise AI & Tech Ecosystems.

The mission of the Enterprise AI vertical is to empower clients to build AI‑native operations by implementing agentic frameworks, identifying and scaling automation opportunities, and deploying GenAI‑powered assistants, agents and enterprise applications across core and adjacent business domains leveraging pragmatic low‑code solutions or designing custom coded solutions with our tech team.

You will have the unique opportunity to define our value proposition in the emerging field of Agentic AI, AI Enterprise Applications and LowCode, develop proprietary methodologies and frameworks, build a high‑performing cross‑functional team, and drive commercial traction through collaboration with our sales and tech delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Shape and evolve our Enterprise AI consulting proposition—service structure, technology stack, delivery formats, methodical playbooks and reusable tools.

Own end‑to‑end delivery of strategic projects from opportunity framing and use case validation to MVP implementation and deployment.

Collaborate with Sales to identify business opportunities, create pitches and win projects to grow vertical revenue. Translate client needs into tailored solutions and scalable value propositions.

Recruit, onboard and lead a high‑performing team of business consultants and LowCode / GenAI experts. Define delivery standards and foster excellence.

Align with Plain’s broader tech and consulting teams to integrate AI‑native tools, low‑code platforms and agentic frameworks into impactful business solutions.

Requirements

8+ years in consulting, digital transformation, or business building.

Demonstrated success in building products & solutions as well as consulting service offerings or verticals in an innovation‑driven context.

Experience in defining & re‑engineering business processes through tech.

Reliable technical understanding and knowledge (e.G., cloud infrastructures, data platforms, AI models).

Strong exposure to Agentic AI, automation and low‑code ecosystems (e.G., Agent Builders, AI Foundation Models, Applications & Platforms like CoPilot Studios, AI Foundry, Microsoft Power Platforms, OpenAI).

Strategic thinking and business acumen paired with hands‑on delivery skills.

Expertise in tech‑driven, end‑to‑end consulting processes : strategy, validation, business case, MVP.

Strong analytical and process‑driven thinking.

Ability to translate tech into commercial impact and measurable outcomes.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Fluent in English and Spanish;

German is a plus.
