Product Owner Role

The Product Owner plays a pivotal role in driving business outcomes through the strategic management of AI solutions.

Job Description :

The Product Owner is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and communicate the vision and strategy for AI solutions. This involves identifying key assets, prioritizing feature development, and managing the backlog to ensure smooth development, deployment, and adoption.

The successful candidate will have expertise in Agile / SAFe methodologies and tools, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities. Experience working in international environments with diverse teams and stakeholders is highly valued.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in AI, technology, or insurance sectors
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, data integration, and business processes
• Experience in AI / digital product portfolio management within complex organizations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
• Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Expertise with Agile / SAFe methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban)
• English environment mandatory; French or Spanish nice to have
• Background in AI, software development, or digital transformation preferred
