Due to our success and expansion, we are looking for new team members, Dutch, English, French, or Spanish speakers, with energy, drive and proactivity to join our Sales Department.
As an Property Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for clients following the initial property purchase.
Key Responsibilities (Property Advisor)
- Client Advisory & guidance. Be the trusted advisor for clients throughout their property journey. Act as the main point of contact, providing expert guidance on projects, developments and specific plots, ensuring each client feels fully supported from first contact to decision-making.
- Potential clients & lead management with HubSpot. Leverage HubSpot CRM to efficiently manage and track all leads provided by the Marketing team. Ensure timely follow-ups, personalized communication and accurate documentation to maximise conversion opportunities and client satisfaction. Client insights and market feedback to continuously refine targeting, messaging and lead quality.
- Personalization & upselling. Present tailored property solutions that fit the client’s lifestyle and investment goals. Promote available upgrades, premium finishes and lifestyle add-ons to increase value and create a unique client experience.
- Proposal & negotiation. Prepare clear and compelling proposals and financial breakdowns. Support clients in the negotiation and reservation process, ensuring transparency, trust and a smooth transaction.
Your profile :
Experience : previous experience in real estate advisory, property consultancy, or a client-facing role is a plus. Strong mindset, proactivity and eagerness to learn are equally valued.Languages : we are building a multilingual team of Property Advisors, each focusing on a specific market. Therefore, we are looking for Dutch, French and English speakers to represent their respective client base. Regardless of your language, fluency in English is essential as the company’s working language, and Spanish is a plus .Interpersonal skills : a natural people person who can build trust-based relationships and provide clients with confidence in their property decisions.Professionalism : represent the company with integrity and confidence.Problem solver : proactive and solution-oriented, able to handle client inquiries and challenges effectively, ensuring smooth processes and positive outcomes.Organized & detail-oriented : strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client requests and property-related details with precision.Interested?
