Overview

Research Assistant Professor in the Hong Kong Jockey Club Global Health Institute, School of Public Health, The University of Hong Kong. The appointment is a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee research projects related to vaccine development for influenza and other respiratory diseases.
• Supervise junior research staff and work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Manage and contribute to project activities funded by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust or other foundations.
• Engage in both quantitative and qualitative research activities, data analysis, and reporting.
• Represent the institute in collaborative efforts and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
