Your Mission as Scientific SDR

You’ll work side‑by‑side with the CEO and COO to build the GTM outbound engine. Focused on outbound prospecting and supporting closing deals, you’ll help us define and scale our entire sales motion.

You’ll be selling to scientific leaders — Heads of Immunology, Biologists, or Heads of Digital Transformation. They’re smart, skeptical, and mission‑driven. You’ll need to be sharp, science‑curious, and a trusted advisor who can translate their research needs into selling points.

This is a technical consultative sale.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and manage the outbound pipeline — identify leads, write outreach, land meetings.
• Qualify prospects : understand their research needs and how platforma.bio can help.
• Lead demos with biologists, Heads of Transformation, Finance, and R&D teams.
• Track performance in CRM and share customer insights with product and marketing.
• Help craft our first sales playbook, messaging, and outreach strategies.
• Grow into AE / CS / Product Marketing at the end of the program.
