Your new role

As our new Chief Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will be part of our global Offshore Wind Advisory team. You will take on a key role as a subject matter expert, providing expert guidance and strategic advice across all areas within the wind advisory team. This includes supporting our clients in shaping winning strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, and addressing complex technical challenges.

Your key responsibilities

As part of a multidisciplinary project team, you will undertake diverse tasks of varying complexity and scale, such as :

• Supporting and leading relevant work packages and interfaces, ensuring adherence to project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards; helping clients identify the most suitable technical concepts based on site conditions, local market factors (e.g., localization requirements), and their risk appetite.
• Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and functionality during project execution, as well as conducting technical due diligence for large and complex financial transactions.
• Supporting and leading technical preparation, coordination, and management of tendering processes, including review and technical evaluation of offers in collaboration with external stakeholders and clients.
• Contributing to standardization efforts within the Offshore Wind Advisory Team, developing and refining technical requirements for international projects, and preparing technical specifications, manuals, and operating procedures to support project documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Providing training and mentorship to project team members, subcontractors, and field personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

You will join our global Offshore Wind Advisory team working on offshore wind farm developments worldwide. Based in one of our offices in Poland, Copenhagen, Hamburg, Delft, Madrid, Oslo, London, or Princeton, you will collaborate with highly talented and engaged colleagues, providing consulting services across the entire wind project value chain. Your role will be critical in defining and delivering projects, developing innovative solutions, and enhancing our service delivery.
