• 5 years of experience as a UX / UI Designer .
• Proven experience in the banking sector .
• Strong proficiency with Figma and Adobe Suite for design and prototyping.
• Experience working with design systems .
• Solid knowledge of Web and App (Web APP) design .
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) and fluent English .
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Work in a hybrid model from Madrid, attending the office twice a week.
