Process Improvement Engineer

The NSG Group is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of glass and glazing products for architectural, automotive and established creative technology to support NSG group’s future growth.With around 27,000 permanent employees, we have principal operations around the world and sales in over 100 countries.The job holder will report to the Manufacturing Improvement Manager and cooperate with the rest of team in Sagunto in the definition, execution and management of proposed projects.Process Improvement and standardization projects based on 6 sigma tools and NSG group best practice.- Prepare budget and cost estimations (Including payback studies) in order to approve capital expenditure (Capex) for each project.- Industrialization projects leadership according to defined timing and approved CAPEX.- Identification and management of OCS (Operating cost savings) projects. Reporting and monitoring results vs plant target- PFMA and Control Plan management.- Participate in the site digitalization project.- Support QA department in the root cause, analysis for a customer QA claim (through different tools such as SPC, 5S, 5WHY, 8D, Kaizen, Ishikawa…)English / Spanish fluent reading, writing, conversation is mandatory.- Excellent interpersonal and project management skills and high professional standards for customer service and work quality- Ability to work independently, take initiatives and follow-up on assigned projects- Flexible working hours- Optional medical insurance managed by company-
