We need someone who can own accounts end-to -end , think creatively about growth, and thrive in a high expectation environment. If you want to run ads that directly move profit, this is for you.

The bigger picture : It’s not “just media buying.” You’ll be shaping the growth strategy for brands people actually love, from highticket eCom to international DTC players. Your work will be the difference between flatlining and exponential growth.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO :

• Full ownership over client Meta accounts (strategy, execution, reporting).
• Creating, implementing, and optimizing advertising strategies on Meta.
• Writing high-converting ad copy and testing new creative angles.
• Working closely with designers + clients to push creative strategy forward.
• Analyzing results, finding insights, and communicating them directly with clients.
• Inventing fresh campaign plans that break through ad fatigue.

WHO THIS IS FOR :

• Fluent and confident communication in English.
• 2y+ Experience with Meta Ads for DTC Ecom.
• Passion for marketing strategies, analytics and business principles.
• Figure-it-out-mentality

BONUS POINTS IF YOU :

• Have experience with Shopify.
• Have experience with TikTok Ads.
• Speak German
