This role is critical to improving purchasing efficiency and profitability, with a strong emphasis on supplier negotiation, cost reduction, and value-driven procurement strategies.

The ideal candidate will combine commercial instinct with technical understanding, ensuring sourcing decisions align with both performance standards and financial objectives.

Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Negotiation

• Drive sourcing strategies for paints, coatings, application components, and technical materials.
• Lead commercial negotiations focused on discounts, volume agreements, and total cost optimization.
• Evaluate supplier offers with a cost-benefit perspective, balancing price, quality, and technical compatibility.
