Technical Project Manager Iberia (d / f / m) – Permanent employee, Full-time – Madrid

Join us on our journey : To drive a smart and sustainable energy future, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Technical Project Manager based in Spain. This role oversees the technical onboarding and integration of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Renewable Energy Systems (RES) into our trading platform, ensuring seamless connectivity, regulatory compliance, and optimal asset performance.

Location : Madrid, Spain

Employment Type : Full-Time, indefinite term

Working Mode : Office first set-up

Language Requirement : Fluent Spanish with strong English proficiency, Portuguese is a plus

Responsibilities

• Define the technical setup between the assets and our systems.
• Manage the onboarding process and oversee end-to-end project planning, technical integration, and go-live of BESS and RES assets into our platform.
• Guarantee technical compliance with grid regulations and market participation rules in Spain and Portugal, coordinating with regulatory bodies.
• Support our customers and our own registrations, pre-qualifications, certifications, licenses, and acceptance tests necessary for asset participation in envisioned energy markets, both on the trading and technical delivery sides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and data scientists, to streamline asset management, data flows, and trading execution.
• Analyze, plan, and develop requirements aligned with scheduled projects in partnership with Business and Product Teams.
