Key Driver of Partnership Strategy
The Partner Solution Architect will be the key driver of the execution of the partnership strategy set by the HR & Payroll Practice, including driving the contracting and procurement activities as well as ensuring stakeholder awareness and buy-in.
This role will also involve staying up-to-date with market trends and making recommendations to enhance the roadmap for business augmentation through complementary partnerships.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities based on current market trends and broader economical context of the industry.
- Raise awareness among internal and external stakeholders about evolutions in the partner ecosystem and maintain open two-way communication.
- Be a transformer, create high satisfaction through quality of work and insights provided.
- Lead end-to-end contractual negotiation and execution of partner agreements within framework defined by the HRP Practice, culminating in full execution of partnership agreements.
- Regularly report on progress while keeping ultimate HRP Practice vision in mind.
- Define and drive execution of internal and external communication strategies to raise awareness about new partnership developments and how they can complement existing business proposals.
- Work simultaneously with other business units to ensure complete collaboration and cooperation across the HR and Payroll service line.
- Report on progress, raise awareness regarding potential roadblocks, and make suggestions to overcome these.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience working with external partners and managing partner relations.Understanding of partnership models and ability to make recommendations regarding most appropriate model in each scenario.Strong English language written and verbal skills, with proficiency in second foreign language a plus.Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.Ability to adapt to evolving environment.Motivated self-starter who has ability to take on initiatives with little management oversight.Transformational experience, ensuring benefits are realized.Ability to communicate effectively with senior personnel, both internally and with existing and prospective clients.Benefits
