Medical Data Visualisation Specialist

Overview Are you passionate about transforming medical operations through data-driven insights? We're seeking a dynamic professional with a strong foundation in Medical Information, Medical Publications, and pharmaceutical operations to support US Medical leads in driving operational excellence.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data analysis, dashboard development, and strategic collaboration. You will work across multiple therapeutic areas and systems to uncover actionable insights that inform decision-making and process improvement.

Responsibilities Access, validate, and visualise medical operations data from diverse sources

Build and continuously improve dashboards using Power BI or Tableau

Collaborate with Medical Operations Leads, Capability Leads, and consultants to identify key questions and improvement opportunities

Perform quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Translate raw data into impactful visualisations that support strategic decisions

Ideal Profile Experience in pharmaceutical projects, with a solid understanding of Medical Information and Medical Publications workflows

Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)

Skilled in developing charts, graphs, and pivot tables from complex datasets

Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement capabilities

Curious, proactive, and driven to solve problems in ambiguous environments
