Cloud Service Manager

We are looking for a Cloud Service Manager for our CloudTeam and their tasks will be :

Responsible for overseeing the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of cloud services across the organization. He / she will act as the bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and service providers to ensure that cloud services meet agreed-upon SLAs, compliance standards, and business needs. The mission is to drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and innovation in cloud service management.

Requisitos

Must requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud service delivery or IT service management
• Proven experience managing cloud services in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of cloud operations, SLAs, and service lifecycle management
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Used to follow up and coordinate operation tasks
• Required technical skills : Deep knowledge of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and cloud governance and Service delivery manager (BAU / Run)
• Proficiency in service performance monitoring and reporting
• Familiarity with cost optimization and cloud financial management (FinOps)
• Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and risk management
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes

Optionals technical skills

Technical environment : ITSM Tools : ServiceNow, Jira Service Management

Monitoring & Reporting : Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Grafana, Power BI

Frameworks

ITIL, COBIT, ISO 20000, ISO 27001
